kx8bit Terms and Conditions

The following eligibility criteria must be met to participate on the kx8bit platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a valid and active individual legally capable of entering into a contract.
• Your place of residence or location should not be in a region where online gaming is strictly prohibited.
• You must not have been previously banned or restricted by kx8bit.

2.1 Account Creation

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

kx8bit currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if an identity verification process is ongoing, this may take longer.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

kx8bit actively works to prevent money laundering. kx8bit reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions. Bonus funds or deposited funds cannot be withdrawn without playing actual games.

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

All games on the kx8bit platform are operated with the highest standard of fair play. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently verifiable.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Any form of cheating, hacking, or use of software bots.
• Abuse of the bonus system or "bonus hunting".
• Colluding with other players during gameplay.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Registering or conducting transactions using false information.

5.3 Technical Errors

• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. No funds will be returned in cases of fraud.
